Hey guys need some expertise in this. Do we think these are going to pollon sacks? (Male) Sent from my SM-S911W using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Pics are a bit too blurry to tell, you have the best eye on it. You should be able to tell if you have some frame of reference for what emerging calyxes and pollen sacs look like, though the best way to get that is, of course, through experience. Some dead giveaways are if you notice a tiny stem connecting the unidentified pollen sac to the main stem. Another example would be if you notice a tiny white hair sticking out of a node, I've seen pistils as thin as cat hair coming out of a calyx that was too small to identify. Ultimately you might just have to wait it out patiently. It shouldn't be too much longer before it becomes obvious, you have a while after that before it would be able to drop any pollen. If you want to get a better look at what's there, go old school with a jeweler's loupe.
