  1. Poll Reveals 62% of California Voters Want Marijuana Regulated Like Wine | Regulate Marijuana Like Wine

  2. If this doesn't pass then California fails.

It didn't pass last time so this time it definitely should because its a presidential year so more people go out to vote.

If it doesn't pass then well I have no hope for California ever again.

A good thing is more younger voters are coming in and the last elections youth are now a bit older.
Also more seniors have passed so there will be a bit more people taking their spots.

  3. As long as people are making tons of money off it being illegal, it won't be legal. That means growers, government departments, prison systems, and lets not forget the profits big pharma might lose. All of them will vote no.

  4. Polls should also show majority of people don't participate in polls.

  5. WORD.:smoke:

  6. It will be legal when the California government decides it wants the money for its general use, like paying the pensions of all the government union workers.

  7. Fuck the government. It will be legal when the PEOPLE finally stand up and say legalize now! When 62% of a state's population vote yes to legalize cannabis, it will be legal on a state level. When 62% of that state's population start pumping millions of dollars back into their coffers, the state will fight the federal government to keep it legal.

    That's my opinion.

  8. It will be legal when all the people actually put aside all of their petty greedy wants and little disagreements to do the right thing. Also it would be nice if EVERYONE in favor actually WENT AND VOTED. All of the old people saying NO turn out in droves to vote while the youngsters stay home playing COD or go shopping. People who want this to pass literally need to DRAG their buddies to the polls if necessary.

Second that. Not to mention all the people they Will give donations to vote no as well. Y legalize it. This is the one thing the government doesn't have it fingers in knuckles deep.

  10. At some point, the people that just smoke it will outnumber those who profit off it.
