Poll finds MA voters 'high' on pot BOSTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Legislation is pending in the Bay State over legalizing medicinal marijuana. The bill is modeled after a Rhode Island law that's been in effect since 2006. A recent Suffolk University poll found that 81% of Massachusetts voters support medical marijuana legislation. On Monday, the Justice Department said it will no longer enforce federal drug laws against people who use marijuana for medical reasons, as long as they follow state laws.
MA. is giving me some great reasons to not move as far away from here as I can. like I always have wanted, if we get medical I guess I'll just have to move somewhere else is MA. but not out of state!
