Two buddies and I were busted for underage drinking two years ago. We were walking home, about 100 feet from one of my friend's home. We hear the sirens behind us, see the lights and they stop us. We get breathalized, patted down, told to put our hands behind our backs while they handcuffed us. They put us all in the backseat, drove us the hundred feet to my buddy's house. We were all 18, so they didn't call parents or anything. These cops were assholes though. We knew most other cops, and they knew that we were responsible, so they left us alone while we partied. But, these were the two cops that stopped all teenagers driving or walking. Anyway, we all get tickets for public drunkeness, underage drinking, and some other bullshit charge. I got a $400 fine, 48 hours community service at the City Dump in July heat (what a fuckin' horrible way to punish someone), 1 year of probation with a 30 day suspended jail sentence...all for holding one beer and being drunk off my ass. We were fucking walking home! WALKING! What the hell? We weren't causing any harm, just having a kickass night out.

The one and only time I got busted for drugs, me and a couple buddies were driving around, I had an eighth with me and my pipe, we didn't smoke anyhtign cause my one buddy was taking a tolerance break. the cop claimed to smell marijuana bagged and in my pocket... illegal search and a bunch of bullshit got my eighth and pipe stolen by the asshole but no charges or anything were pressed after I happily pointed out the search was in fact illegal.
yeah. it was about 2 years ago when it all happened.. we were cruising around.. looking for something to do.. it was a couple of the older heads from my neighborhood. 2 veteranos, homeboy creeper and homie trips. and my homie sparky and me were in the back. we were blazing it out of a new glass bong that one of the other homies let us borrow. my homie sparky had some bud that we picked up that morning. a whole ounce and we were gonna smoke it all. then we see this one fool that we remember we seen before. we know hes from a gang, so we drive up to where hes at. hes with 2 other fools. we hit him up and hes like " na i dont bang dude ". whatever bla bla bla pussys... right as were about to leave a fucking cop drives into the street. heading right towards us. it was driving slow. kept on fucking looking at us. then it stopped. out of nowhere 2 undercover units come from the back of us. we tried to drive out of there because we didnt wanna get caught with bud. since my homie sparky has a po and he cant get anymore violations or else hes gonna get sent to youth authority. were almost out of there when i see a pig head towards us. were not familiar with this area so we didnt know where the fuck we were going. we peel out and the pig starts chasing us. we turn into an alley and turn right, big mistake. the street was fucking closed. by the time we realised we were fucked, cause we were all stoned, the fucking pigs were behind us and telling us to get out of the car. i still had my 22 chrome in my pocket. i tried to stash it while they werent looking but it was so fucking hard since my hands were cuffed behind my back. and i was sitting down on the curb. funny thing is.. they didnt even search me until they made me sit in three different pigs cars. they changed me from car to car... then they searched me before i got in the other car. they took our bong, sparkys weed, and my strap.. got 6 months for that because the strap was burned. that fucked up our whole day... we were even gonna have a party after we got to the neighborhood. when i got out.. i felt more slick. i dont know but it changed my life.. maybe for the worst.. but who gives a fuck anyways right? i also got assigned the WORST fucking probation officer out there.. One time he fucking checked up on me IN THE FUCKING MORNING.. he kept on calling my house n shit late at night to see if i was home. ridiculous...that motherfucker was out for me..
hotboxin' a car in a ACME parking lot....around 2 am, me an' three others, all high as fuck, I see a cop car pass by about 100-150 yards away on a road. 30 minutes later I see another cop car, this happens like three more times (cops patrol the area) after the third car in the line of like 5 cars I say to my friends that we need to move (all are older than me) they say no we don't need to, not a big deal. Finally a cop comes up, spots us, shines that fucking spotlight, (goddammit i hate that thing) into the car, you can see the smoke in the car, even though we had stopped smoking like half an hour ago. cop comes up, we try to play it off like we were smoking cigars, he doesn't buy it. Ok 4 of us no weed one pipe (we smoked all the weed).....who does he call in for back up? Fucking 2 other cars PLUS an suv and I think it was a k-9 unit too. they separate us in the parking lot and give us so much shit, pain in the ass Taken back to the station and it sucks, but heres the worst part: One cop actually said this, I remeber this clearly, fucking CLEARLY, "Now, are you sure you didn't plant anything on them?" Then the oher pig said: "No, we didn't need to this time" Yeah, that's right, they were currupt motherfuckers....

Yeah, I went to school blowed off my ass and I guess they smelt me. So the principal walked in and asked me to come out of the class, I come out and there are three cops. I put my 20g's in the sleeve of my hoodie (last time I was searched for the same reason they never found it there, and I passed the field test) but this time, they had me take my hoodie off, so I took it off. I pass it to the cop and left the shit in my sleeve, well as he is putting it on the table BAM! My shit fell to the floor and I tried to step on it like a dumbass. Then I failed the field test. Possession within 1000 feet of a school, felony. and public intoxication. Was my 3rd time getting arrested, I was 15 at the time.
