  1. political affiliation

  2. Here\'s to hoping this thread doesn\'t turn into a flamewar.

  3. haha who votes....Jk

    but i stay unafilated,

I vote for whoever i find to be a better canidate,

    not by party,

  4. none. but i took that test to see what side you\'re with and it turned out that im a Libertarian.

  5. (Canadian)

I\'m a member of the New Democratic Party. I\'m more on the Democratic Socialist side of the party as opposed to the Social Democrats.

  6. i have grown tired with the democratic party. democrats get more like republicans every day, and if it comes down to voting for someone who i disagree with or a watered down version of that guy, i just don\'t know what to do.

as i grow older, ill probly end up voting democrat more, but for now, i am unaffiliated, but if i had to fit somewhere, probly green party.

  7. im going to bet and say im the only republican on this forum. dont hate me for my beliefs. i respect ur opinions sp plz respect mine. im for legalization of pot tho. so im liberal in that aspect...

  8. Hey,

I don\'t really know. I tend to stray away from politics. I have since, been called a coward for my beliefs, if anyone feels this way go fuck yourself. I simply do not see a point in going in one party or another. It seems, for every attribute so-and-so party does that you agree with, there is one that you don\'t agree with. These things I don\'t agree with, tend to be on a bigger scale then the things I actually do agree with. So at this point, I am undecided, and at this rate I will die undecided. Peace.

    -Timmy

P.S. what the fuck is the \"green\" party!?!

  9. Basically the green party is for the preservation of the enviornment. I don\'t know too much else about it tho.

  10. Gangster party

  11. No set party really. I\'m probably the most left winged right winger you\'d ever meet though as I tend to find arguements I can easily agree with on both sides, depending on subject of course.

  12. No party, but more of a liberal. I\'d say I was green.

    Pro-Pot
    Pro-Enviroment
    Anti-Nukes
    Anti-Abortion
    Anti-War

  13. repbublicans are not bad people, its the extreme right wing conservatives that i dont like :devious:

  14. Democrats and republicans are two sides of the same coin. You can\'t win either way. You really think this country wasn\'t bought and sold a loooong time ago? You think your votes actually count? Between voter fraud, and the fact that we live in a Republic (not a democracy), your vote means about as much as the shit I just flushed down my toilet.

  15. I haven\'t got the chance to vote yet. But i guess, I would go green.

  16. I dont really agree with parties and i say fuck the two party system most def. Im getting a bumper sticker that says \"Democrats and Rebublicans... Same shit different piles\"

There are simply too many variables and beliefs that 2 opinions just isnt enough you know. I think that it should be a true republic. No president. But if there has to be presidents have them rise up with their own beliefs and gather followers that become the \"party\" and when his terms/campaign is over then that party pretty much ends.

  17. Every one of those political affiliation tests I\'ve taken show me as a Libertarian. But I suppose I\'m a liberal Liberatarian, if there is such a thing.

  18. I found this quote and i find it makes a lot of sense.

\"Democracy is incapable of perseverance. Since it is shared by political parties that rule for one, two, or three years, it is unable to conceive and carry out plans of longer duration. One party annuls the plans and efforts of the other. What is conceived and built by one party today is destroyed by another tomorrow.\" - C.Z. Codreanu

  19. Not to be a dick, but I can think of about a million laws / organizations / structures, hell, anything the gov\'t has done that has lasted longer than 4 years. In fact, I\'m having trouble thinking of anything that one group has put up that has been struck down by the next group in 4 or less years.

  20. I think the quote is referring to the long term changes in government. For every 2 steps one party makes, when the other party gets elected its like a step back. If one party doesn\'t rule for a long time then there is no real advancement in that government. It sucks but its true.
