    Not to worry, the taxpayers of that city will surely be paying for that cops actions. A settlement for that type of conduct is inevitable. The fucked up part is that he did that to a girl, I mean even if she didn't cooperate with him, he should be able to detain her without using that kind of force.

    i just watched this again, and i look at video and think to myself, was that the only option he had?, was there no other way of stopping that girl, clearly no! He could have easily caughten up to her,

    i really wanna kno your opinion on this, but given the situation i think a tase would have been more reasonable then the brutal shit that guy pulled!

    does nobody know the story behind this? apparently that girl was drunk and beating her mom inside the store and the mom was restraining her outside the store when she escaped. then the cop came and did what he did.
