I was just curious i was watching the this show with thermal imagining cameras and i know cops have them so do you think they could or have walked around neihgborhoods and apartments and can see weed plants growing in closets, behind dressers, or even in smokers in your room! Haha but no serioucly what is you're guys take on this??? What do you think?
There was this guy down at the coast in Oregon who got caught growing by the police just screwing around with their thermal vision. He took the case to court and managed to get pretty high into the system they ended up dismissing the case because it impeded on the guys rights.
yeah, using thermal imaging without a warrant is considered unconstitutional so you're safe. they also wouldn't be looking for or caring about closet grows, only extremely large scale things, like an entire house converted into a grow room.
