I couldn't understand any words but based on the video I would say that the person in the suit represents her darkness, whether it's addiction or her past or something else. It consumed everything in her life demonstrated by how he was eating her arm. Then she wanted to get rid of it and then wanted it back and went back into addiction. But really with a video like that who the fuck knows.
I thought maybe the suit person was a kind of projection of the woman's own self, but I dunno. And sticking her arm down the suit's throat was kind of reaching.
