    I’m using proper cannabis nutrient growing medium is half coco and half multi purpose compost

    I was once a week during veg then switched to bloom and feed them twice a week

    It's over fertilization from Ph issues, you're attempting to feed synthetics and unknown rates + ph into a medium that has probably not been both buffered for ph or ion exchange. So many variables...do a proper right up with all variables (water quality, fertilization, medium) and I'll help...good luck
