It all depends on how you send it. Overnight, blah blah blah all that fun stuff. I'd say it's going to take at least a week once you factor in the time it has to spend at each post office here in the states and across the pond One postage stamp should be fine if you're sending a letter anything heavier will have to be weighed out and additional stamps will be needed after that point. You just need name, adress, city, state/province, I've never left the country so I don't know what they'd be called exactly over there, but most importantly, make sure you put the COUNTRY on it
