Please Help! Seeds?

So I have a few plants. Honestly, its this one, and a larger one which is still quite small. I don't know what the issue is. It has the proper nutrients, and the ph is right. Yet, this one has been in a pot for well over a month and not over 6 inches. Today I woke up to find this little fucker covered in what looks like small nubs/seeds. Please tell me what I should do or if I should just give up. I've put quite a bit of money into this "light, soil, nuts, ect" so any advice would be grateful. Should I get this plant out of the room due to not wanting it to pollinate the others? PLEASE HELP!
