I'm not frickin paying that and i dont have the time to research/build my own. i live in so cal. my question would be, are there any reputable places that sell grow boxes that wont overheat, remain silent etc.. thanks for any help!~ :hello:

  2. Ok took me a minute heres my notes from most expensive to cheapest everything - but the light, dirt and nutes for 600 flat
    47"X47"X78" Homebox xl $225.95
    sunleaves whindtunnel fan 6" 159.95
charcoal filter 6" w flange 94.95 you will need 4 self tapping screws and screwdriver
    9 rose pots 40.50
    25'X6" aluminum/pvc flex hose 19.95
double collor flange kit 6" 15.95
indoor temp and humidity metrer (waterproof) 8.50
    total 565.75 with tax 6% 599.70
and the last quarter you can have as a reward for ordering it
This is a real list with current prices

    Things i later added
a speed controller for the fan 30.00-20
started using ffgb for soil nutes $20
Using ff tripac for flowering $50
soil 2 bags of ffof dirt
and a t-5 8tube light that runs cool and uses less power than a computer $250 made in the USA

overall the system is quiet efficent and runs at a perfect 70 all the time
power consumption is between 30-35 bucks a month

  3. just a quick question ? if your using a t-5 8 tube .... why a 6 inch fan ?
Only reason I am using a 125w CFL its like 13 inches long in a hood
    in a small box 16in x 32in x 44 in
and all I have a 50 cfm bathroom vent fan from Home depot for only $13 bucks
    I run cool mainly 70-74 .

  4. sunlight shed.com

  5. The answer is flexibility I can run any light i want in there i have a 1000 watt that i just don't use. plus i get great filtration and dead silent no vibration I actually pass the system through the wall and vent into another room it looks like a heating/cooling vent
