    It looks like a pythium infection, which is a fungus that attacks the vascular tissue in cannabis. Eventually kills the plant.
    You can try using beneficial organisms (like Earth Alive Soil Activator) to prevent this in the future.

    mold infection I've had this before I fixed it by smearing neem oil over the wound, allow to dry
    avoid getting the trunk wet
