Hello, just wanted to ask anyone who would help me and my brother grow our 1st plant , we have tried (outdoors and indoors), if anyone can help us please explain it to us as if u were new to this (i don't understand all those fancy words...) thanks.

All the information you need is here on the forums You have alot of reading to do if you want to be good so get used to it or get your printer started up.
Everything is here on the forum but for the hell of it here ill start you out. (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG PLEASE, everyone makes mistakes ) Basics - You need a light(Flourecent(your going to want to use this), High Pressure Sodium, Metal Halide) a pot(with good drainage and breathing holes for your roots), good soil (foxfarm), Ph up, Ph down, Ph tester (there is a certian level of acidic or whatever in your water if your using soil a good ph level is 6.2-5 ish) Nutes,(Grow and Bloom), A fan (for your plants), something that tells you the temp and humidity level (eg. 40% good for Veg 15% good for flowering) reflective material, (Black n White Mylar, Metalized Mylar, even white paint, white paper, or styrophoam) To start your seeds you need to start with germination then plant them heres a link. http://forum.grasscity.com/absolute-beginners/15076-germination-420-a.html During the germ period light should be off but when it pops the surface pop the lights on. When you first start out Lights should be either 18/6 or 24/0 for VEG Stage. After your plant has gotten tall enough that you want to start flowering to get buds, you switch the light to 12/12. Then you start looking for Males and Females.
