Anyhow, that should take care of any questions you guys might have. if I missed something just ask.

I dunno what is wrong with my girls. They are a little more than a month old. I am running a DWC setup inside a rubbermaid tote.

I am thinking Mag or N deficiency. But i don't want to make any drastic moves that will further hurt my girls. Pics below....

Yellowing has started on the older bottom most leaves, they are also becoming brittle.

Please help me diagnose the problem. I added a 1/4 teaspoon of epson salts to the rez and a few drops of micro (to add more N) just in case.

+rep to anyone who helps a brother out.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. When you say a month old, is that four weeks into flower? What is the temp of the water that they're in? How far from the bottom of the net is the water? My initial thoughts is that it isn't a big problem. The top of the plant looks healthy, and I would just cut the dead leaf off and start investigating if the plant continues to start yellowing.

  3. Sorry yea I forgot some of the obvious info lol.... Umm thats 1 month old from seed.

Water temp is 70's fluctuates depending on time of day.

water is like 1-2 inches from the bottom of the net cup.

there isn't a whole lot of plant so i wanna catch whatever it is early so they don't die. lol.

so you think i should just ignore it?

  4. So are you in 12/12 right now? It looks like the plant is 2-3 weeks into flower with how all of those hairs look. If you're not in 12/12, what is your light ratio? If I sometimes go 24/0, my plant will pre-sex like crazy, but if you are still in veg with a normal schedule, I would make sure you don' thave a light leak. And if you are in 12/12, completely disregard that lol.

As far as the leaf, I would just watch it for now. If something starts getting crazy then just PM me or something, or post it again with an update.

  5. Nope im running 20/4. Its an fem'd autoflower strain. no light leaks. for sure. I have (2) 6500K lights 20w,23w. and one 2700K 24w...

Is whats happening to it now bad? is it gonna affect my yield?
    thanks in advance

  6. I had no idea it was an autoflower, lol. It's perfectly fine then. Everything looks good except for the yellow leaf. Like I said, just monitor it for now. It won't affect your yield if it doesn't get worse.

  7. hahah yea i kinda forgot to mention that part....+rep for the help my friend...

its getting worse though...with both plants now... here is an updated pic.

What you think? Im about to just flush it with Ph'd H20 for now. It's got me pretty worried.

  8. nute burns or mag deficiency

  9. before you go on adding and adjusting your feeding program, you should get the room climate perfect. Google humidity and plants, what an eye opener. Your RH should probably be a little higher (closer to 50%).

  10. Thats what I was thinking too. good looks.

  11. Yea i know the RH should be higher, sadly i can't get it to get up any higher. I already have a sponge in a cup of water bu it doesn't help too much. any ideas?

Also u think that could be the reason the plants are hurting so much?

    thanks!

  12. To raise RH soak a shower towel in water and squeeze it out until it is wet, but doesn't drip on your floor. Put the towel over a door knob or hang it somewhere near your garden. The damp towel will absolutely raise your RH.

  13. wow. I never even thought of that. Im all about simplicity. good looks! if i could rep you again i would.

    much apreciated!
