There is no dilemma, I just need to know how clean my house needs to be in order to avoid any charges if it gets raided. nope if there's resin on any of your peices or anything (carpet, table, counters) your screwed. cause if they do run up in there and find a bunch of paraphernalia but no weed they're prolly gonna take some samples and run some tests to find proof. that is if they can't see resin caked up on your bong already...

With her testimony, it's pretty likely you're still in danger. Get rid of the stuff. Have a friend hold onto it, storage container like this guy mentioned might not be smart, if they see you've rented storage right before you went under investigation, well it'd be suspcious.
Not sure on any statute of limitations regarding cannabis for Minn. Law. Look it up though. I'm sure, the burden of proof would be difficult for them to meet.

Called my lawyer, he told me possession of less than 40g is a petty misdemeanor in MN. The rest of the stuff is in the air
However, I don't know how having a misdemeanor for possession of a schedule 1 narcotic would help your custody battle.
