Agreed, I miss the days when developers and publishers actually put out games, in their entirety. Partly because my internet connection is so crap, it takes like a whole day to download anything worth having. But also, even the DLC is bland, lacking in content, and usually adds nothing to the story that couldn't have been easily worked in to the main body of the game. About the only worthwhile DLC I could see was from GTA4, and even then I waited until they released it on disc...

I have no idea what you are talking about. Xbox players have to pay for DLC just like everybody else. Plus you got to pay an extra $60 a year for online. And $10 of that goes straight to Activision, makers of COD.
I mean with preowned games. I haven't had to buy any code. Yea I bought all the map packs for black ops. That makes a total of 115 dollars I and a billion others paid for that fucking game. I just want more zombie maps.
