Platos Prisoners vs Modern Day Sheeple

  1. Perspective will always be different. It's more about the journey. Seeing is believing, but exploring is learning.
    A good example of that is that you can be the smartest person in a classroom, sitting there. reviewing and studying and getting every answer right. They can tell you whatever they like and as long as you're there you will believe and be the "smartest".Yet once you leave, everything is seen in a new perspective. What you believed in the classroom suddenly isn't "right". You go out and seek understanding, trying to make sense of it all. Once you finally reach that understanding, everything you learned in that classroom becomes irrelevant. 
     
    At least, that's how I understood it.
