  1. Has anyone had problems with plastic containers? Im planning on using one for my a 2ft 4bulb T5 cab for a mother plant and then lining the inside with mylar. Any suggestions or should i stick with wood?
    Thanks,

  2. I'm sure you'll be fine.

    T5's operate at 95F I believe...and plastic melts at around 200F-450F.

I used to have a small Rubbermaid setup with ten 23watt CFL's. With the height restrictions I had, I was forced to place the bulbs so high that they came in contact with the plastic lid for the rubbermaid. I ran this setup for a year and never had a single problem, it never even warped the plastic.
