I think a better question is "why?" Salvia is like $8/oz. Other legal stuff like HBW seeds are also really cheap. Anyway to answer your question, I'd add Hawiiain Baby Woodrose to that list... although it's got to be cheaper and easier to just order and use the seeds to trip.
and the reason why he would want the plants is that potentially from one plant he could easily get over an oz every other month.
