I'm concerned that my plants aren't growing at the rate they should be I have them in a small plastic storage cabinet dimensions are H70"xD30"xW30" I'm currently on week 3 since I picked up clones. I have 8 23w 5k cfls plus 2 4ft 32w fluorescents... I also have two intake fans and two exhaust fans all moving approximately 65 cfm per fan... The nutes I use are general hydroponics...they are still in 6" pots but that was for height control due to limited space...could that stop growth?....i have them in coco...Any help would be much appreciated
Yes pot restriction causes plants to become root bound the reason for the stretching is lighta are to far away... I would lst keep all leaves no more trimming add more soil to those pots to give the roots room to stretch a little bit http://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1291587-Jumpers-cfl-organic-beginnings
And no nutes looks like you burnt them just fresh water the discoloration will not turn green again http://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1291587-Jumpers-cfl-organic-beginnings
Ok thanks I'll try that... And the no nutes? Is that for the rest of the grow or just a few feedings till the color comes back? Any advice on what I may have done wrong with the nutes? Sent from my LG-LS980 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Til color comes back or you start seeing it turn and need nutes but keep them small doses http://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1291587-Jumpers-cfl-organic-beginnings
No problem my grow is the link provided http://forum.grasscity.com/index.php?/topic/1291587-Jumpers-cfl-organic-beginnings
Happy to say that all three are looking great... Even the straggler shorty who is a little bushier... There's still some discoloration so Ima continue with no nutes like you said... Thanks again Sent from my LG-LS980 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
