  2. I am no expert, but i will chime in while we wait for better answers.

    According to my knowledge, you can flip to flower whenever you want, but your plant will only start flowering when he/she is sexually mature. A good indication for me is when your branches start growing staggered.

    Secondly, when it comes to size comcerns, you will want to start flowering when she is half the size now, that you want her to be when she is done as they tend to grow twice their size in flowering.

  3. When the growth becomes staggard and not symmetrical it means she's ready to flower. If your growing clones from a mature plant you can flower as soon as there rooted and settled in

  4. You can put plant to flower whenever

    You can go 12/12 from seed, there will be a 30 day veg period but they will flower when ready
