it's ending week one of flower and my plants are looking really lush and healthy but the only problem is that they're about to touch the 400hps soon! How should I take care of this problem? Any suggestions? I've pinched the main stem and it helped a little but it's still getting pretty tall. All help is appreciated thanks.
i am about have the same problem. I am a First timer I grow in a tent 5 x 5 x 6.7. I only have about another 3 inches before it is less then 18 inches away. I use a 600 watt hps with air cooled reflector. 4 x 4 flood and drain table, hydro. I should have tried the low stress thing when they in vege mode. I am on Day 13 of Flower I heard hooks will work. Sounds like U defininly need to tie them down. I think the tops should still grow towards the light. Where Can I get these hooks and use what, string? or fishing pole string?
