just came back from the spot. Some of the plants are yellowing ALOT. id have to call it 50/50 (green/yellow). they are planted directly outside in holes mixed with topsoil and ive been using 20-20-20 on them. it doesnt look like nuteburn, just yellowing leaves to the extreme. im thinking theyre having a defiency in N and to make things worse they are flowering so i just switched to 0-39-27... should i get some ferts that are high in N even though they are flowering? flush? or let nature take care of things?
Id have to see your plants to be sure but........ YELLOWING IS NATURAL WHEN YOUR FLOWERING LOL!! Read the forums dude
If they don't have much longer to flower, I'd say let them go and they'll be fine. But if you still have a month or longer left give it a good feeding with some fertilizer hight in N and that should hold them over. Just make sure you only give the plants the Vegging fertilizer, not the Veg and flower together, don't want to burn them.
im not that ignorant. i know plants yellow in flowering but these are way more yellow than usual. even in veg i remember it didnt have the best shade of green ^and yes they stil have awhile to go before theyre ready. (id say 3 weeks) ill think about using a fert high in N but i dont even think i should be feeding them at this point...
depending on how long they have to flower, but if they are still in the middle to earlier stages they are NOT supossed to have nitrogen issues the fert you are using the 0-39 something stay away from it, it wont fix your problem and will cause more problems from the nutrients not being balanced enough for cannabis and use something that is NOT over 20 but right now dont go over 15 with ntirogen you dont want to use to much or you will slow down flowering
so i cant help the N defiency and flowering at the same time using 2-2-2? i know i need N but a veg fertilizer wont help flowering... can anyone suggest a fert for a situation like this?
