Probably not enough light. I personally am not a fan of LEDs but I have seen people use them with great sucess. I know since LEDs run cool you could probably move it closer. I can't really tell much from the pics because they are hard to see but I assume you are referring to the stretching? If they are growing wierd in another way try taking a closer pic of the plant.
