Planting seedlings?

    I am growing a low rider strain, and have 2 gallon pot's to plant them in. My seeds have cracked and are ready to plant. I've researched quite a bit on the Internet 50% say start in small cups than transplant and 50% say start right out in the 2 gallon pot's. What you guys recommend?

    the less transplanting you do the better. so id start off with the 2gal.
