Planting outdoors

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by Majickalbeauty, Sep 18, 2018.

  1. Any advise will be appreciated
My first time growing and will be outdoor. I germinated seeds and then planted into solo cup 2 weeks ago and 8 out of 12 have taken off. I have them on sunny window sill inside now I am just wondering how long till I can put them in pots and take them out side ? It is the first month of spring where I live

  2. Are they femInise seed or bag seeds ?

  4. You can put them into pots now, if you're careful. Otherwise let them get a little bit more strong before putting them in their final pots (hard to go by without photos). Make sure they always have a little bit of breeze so they're have some movement. Harden them off to the outdoors by putting them outside during the day then bring them in at night, if it's still pretty cold there.

  5. Thanks A guy...yeah it is still getting cold at nights here I never even thought to bring them back in at night till it gets warmer...I prob let them get a little stronger also before I replant! Thanks again

  7. Thanks DatNam...approx how many weeks before I know if they are male or female? Also is it true that I need to separate males from females I heard that males can turn females into males not sure if that is right or not tho?

What can happen is a female plant can send up a male shoot very late in flower but it's on the rare side. I've had exactly 1 happen in 40 years of growing so it's a non issue in my book.
Your males (if you get them) will show as soon as late Nov or Early Dec. ( assuming your in the Southern Hemisphere).
However they could take as long as late Jan if sativa leaning strains.
