I live in Texas, and the only way for me to grow would be to grow outdoors, considering that I just recently moved back in with my dad. I am running a little low on money, because I am still paying on some tickets and court fees, for possessing bud. I'm not sure If I should wait until March to plant my 6 bagseeds...what do you guys think? could I grow even though its winter?
