my plants have been flowering for 7-8 weeks and still barely has any buds. (still preflowers) the problem is ive been growing them in my sunroom (for 5 months mind you) and the weather is obviously not in my favor any more. barely any sun, kind of cold (and my soil has become clunky). anyways they have been stunted and stopped flowering for awhile and look weak. should i buy an HPS to finish them off or are they too old to produce by now? basically can you make a plant that has stopped flowering...flower? oh and there are pics in my grow journal (in my sig) ill take more later
i'm not too experienced in this either but i've got 2.5 grows on my belt. if your going to get an hps then you def can re-veg it by putting it under 24/0 or 18/6 lighting schedule. the shoots will grow bigger and then you can induce flowering again by cutting the light back to 12/12. but you still might be able to just put them under an hps for 12/12 and finish it's cycle. anyone with more exp have an opinion to offer?
I'd think that putting them under the hps would be best. Also if the hairs are still white then they should still grow, if they have started turning brown then you may be ahead to wait for the next grow, but what the hell, If your getting the light anyhow, why not give her a week or so of light and see what she'll do.
yea, you could see what the hps will do. worst case scenario would be re-vegging or even cut the plant up and make alot of clones. reveg them and there you have ten plants from one!
so if the hairs are brown and short they wont flower anymore? but re-veg them? youre kidding me right? and these plants creep me out too much to take clones. ive never seen anything like it, i think they are hermie but everyone tells me they arent. check out my grow journal. update tomorow.
