So i've had my plants for bout 4-5 months and it is now flowering. i am giving it 5-15-14 nutrient bloom grow and my leafs are turning some white and yellow. ill post pics, is this normal?
Looks like nutrient burn to me... How often and how much nutrient do you give it? It could also be that you splash the leaves and the high heat of the lamps burns them. Are you using a ph/ppm meter? Try giving it less nutrients and water only for a few days.
i accidently gave it one tablespoon of nutrients for a gallon instead of one teaspoon, after that gallon i noticed the burn slapped myself int he face for being an idiot and gave it water for a week, then i put it on 1 teaspoon per gallon. i think the dammage has been done not much i can do after that right?
Damaged leaves won't heal. It could have been worse. Just keep an eye on your nutrients next time you do. I prefer to stay below the recommended dose.
yeah its my first time and i told myself i wasnt guna do it and my high ass did one tablespoon instead of teaspoon but ill be fine now.
Yeah looks like its really burnt, what i would do is completely flush her with fresh water, and then trim anything off that is burnt. I don't mean scalp it if all the leaves are burnt... Improvise. I usually give my self a time line of 8-9 weeks for flowering , some are shorter, and some are longer it depends on what your growing. The way to tell is to check the crystals under a microscope for color. But that's a time line to kind of give you an idea... Its all based on your lil slut! Good luck, and hope this helps - Karrson
And as for feeding the plant, i always go way under the recommended dosage. I usally do 1/2 of not 1/4 when i use em... so its always better to start out with a weak dosage, then an over dose, and stun your plant. - Karrson
