Might want to consider going to a cfl if you can. Incandescent wont grow shit to be honest. Garden soil "without parasites" doesnt tell me much. You mean mites? Woody soil typically isnt good for weed. That plant looks about two days old. You should have about 10 leaves on it in a week if your plants growing under the right kinda lights.
Yea a proper bulb is less than 5-6 bucks and will help a whole bunch. I have a fem auto skunk outside that been done a month, I hope it has seeds. mine is about 18 inches tall.

It doesnt matter wattage as much as spectrum. 6500k is good. But im serious, if you live on earth, put that plant in a window and stop wasting electricity. Even if you have no sun and pure clouds it will grow better than that light. Hell a 13w cfl would grow better than that.
