Question from a noob I have 2 plants at 3 weeks under a 600w hps same nutes same soil same pots everything the same one plants dark green one light? Any reason for this? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It could be just different seeds are individuals, and one doesn't like the growing conditions as much as the other. More likely one of them was given more/less water/nutes than the other and, for example, it got waterlogged and suffered for a few days compared to the other one. Pics are always helpful because they show the context of the plant as well as the colour. We can see how big it is, maybe how big the pot is, if there are any signs of problems that we would notice but you didn't like heat stress, all kinds of things.
