Some sites i've seen send seeds to the US in only a discrete white envelope...is this enough? What kind of penalties could i suffer from receiving seeds to my home? Any tid-bits i should know on shipping to the united states?
I just got seeds not long ago from Planetskunk.com. They shipped from Ireland and arrived in a retail seed packet, inside and envelope, inside of another envelope. I'm in the states too BTW. I have **heard** but cannot confirm that if customs finds the seeds all they do is mail you a letter saying that someone tried to send you something illegal. And that's all. My seeds took about 10 days to show up and I was kinda tense about it none-the-less.
