I am a vegasglassart.com customer (shut down). I purchased a 2 foot, 2 chamber perc from them before but a friend broke the female adapter. Funny thing is I got pissed one day and chucked it outside, onto my roof... and it still didnt break! 7mm glass really is useful... I just guess the female slide - reciever is the weakest part of any all glass bong. Anyway, I'm looking for another bong, hopefully one that is comparable to my blue dot (doubt it, and I'm not spending money for a roor). I bought my bluedot at High Tides because GC didnt have any blue dots My blue dot was my 21st bday gift financed by myself and my gf...I spent 3 weeks looking for just the right bong and the choice came down to a bluedot that had 3 perculators (yes three!) and the one in my sig...the three perculator blue dot was $500 and probably one of the sickest bongs Ive ever seen..my bluedot in my sig. was $300 but then I upgraded it with a bluedot ashcatcher ($89) a difuser ($xx?) and a special gold fumed bowl ($35) and then came taxes and I got a discount from the guy so all in all i payed $430. I couldve had the three perculator bong but I wanted a daily toker! The bowl on the three perc setup was HUGE...looked like it ate a half 8th and that wasnt practical...The reason why I didnt buy my bong online was because I wanted something different..i wanted accessories and its hard to chose accessories over a computer screen + in the three weeks I spent looking for the perfect piece i never found a bluedot online.... Some other bongs I came across when looking for my bday piece were the huricane bongs...now those are nice bongs! I waited until the last moment though and I wanted my bong on my bday so I scratched that idea pretty quick...but huricane bongs are nice man...they have models that are completely gold fumed top to bottom..real nice + with gold fumed glass you dont need to worry much about cleaning because the dirtier it gets the cooler it looks! When my gold fumed bowl gets dirty it gets more reflective....looks different everyday i use it....I love my bluedot though and I wouldnt trade it for nothing...but I would love to own a huricane bong as well. Too bad noone seems to carry bluedots on online stores otherwise I couldve bought my bong really cheap and bought the accessories at a headshop. oh yeah I forgot...they had my bluedot bong with perculator and everything (exact setup) but with a different base...like a RooR little sista...very nice as well the molino bongs on this site look cool..and its Molino! but IMO they look kinda weak...like i feel like I could crush them with one hand I wonder how thick they are? I dont know how thick my bong is becaues the guy selling me the bong was like "oh this is a custom design just for HighTides"..but im guessing 3.2mm...the guy didnt know much and he was the owner of the High Tide...he said this was a Pure bong..and I was kinda skeptical because I never saw a pure like that..then u guys enlightened me that this was a bluedot (thx!)
take a ride to a few of the headshops around your area or a few you've never been to. mine had a bluedot for 200 that i'm smoking now that i couldn't be happier with. i definitely wouldn't order a piece online if i were you, it's better to see it in person.
yeah but if u goto a headshop and like a piece..then go home and fiind it on the internet youll get it A LOT cheaper...like A LOT.. another bong that Hide Tides carries is this style: I forget who makes those bongs but they are really famous and cost a fucking fortune...not worth the money imo but they look really really nice..like art found that pic in the user galleries...my friend has exact bong but in different colors, beads etc
