Pistals turning color @4 weeks... Normal?

    Hello,
    Just wondering if this is normal for hairs to turn @week 4 of flower?.... Reason for asking ... I have 2 girls right now (purple kush)
    Under 580 watts viparspectra one p2500 and two p150 @ 23"
    If you notice girl on left has a bunch of white hairs... One on right does... But not a many and are starting to turn ...... W
