You are on a web site that sells pipes lol If you want a cheap one yea those would do, or your local head shop.
Head shops are better IMHO. Better selection, no shipping, and you could toke as soon as you leave instead of waiting 2-3+ days.
check out your local tobacco shop or liquor store. the ones where i live have pretty good glass at half the price of the head shops.
