On my plant, all the places it is budding, the pistils are PINK. I will have pics soon, but I have never seen anything like this before. Anyone have any ideas?
Well, let's do this logically. Where are you both growing? (indoor, outdoor) What temperature has it been? What strain are you growing? Where are you both located? What method are you using to grow? (sog, scrog, hydro) What fertilizers are you using? How old are your plants? If we can find out what you both have in common, we can see what's causing this, right? There's a lot of information that people on this forum need to diagnose your problems. If you don't provide it, we can't help you. And on the other hand, you may find that this "problem" is in fact a rather common occurance and nothing to worry about. -Jeraldo.
two of my plants also have pink/purple pistoles this year. i am growing outdoors in the southern US. unknown strain, but i have seen pics of a purple haze x kali that looked almost identical. also, the strain seems to be on the sativa side.
