  1. I don't care how many times I listen to pinkfloyd, I hear something new every time I listen to it.

    I just listened to:

  3. I would, but I'm one of those Pink Floyd snobs who will only listen to a Pink Floyd album in full. My favorite would definitely be Dark Side of The Moon.:hello: That with some quality headphones and a solid shroom trip is a pretty intense experience.

  4. I can't turn on any Pink Floyd song without listening to the album. So most of the time I'll have to turn on something else.

  6. Oh and by the way, Roger Waters: The Wall Live is absolutely, mind blowingly, crazy, amazing.

  7. Animals Is My #1 fav album No dout :smoke:

  8. Pink Floyd is hands down my favorite band, I can't go a day without listening to them, and man I saw Roger Waters The Wall 2010 Tour, it was fucking awesome:smoke:

  9. Pink floyd is one of those bands that has a discography loaded with classics. Darks side is my faveorite, probly cause its the first floyd i hear, or because its a near perfect album.

  10. When did you see him? I saw him at the United Center September 24th

  11. Nothing better than Floyd:hello:

  12. Greatest band of all time sober or not. I'm getting a tat pretty soon that's gonna be the dark side cover with the wish you were here cover in side the triangle with the words "ticking away, the moments that make up a dull day". I finally have mastered both Comfortably Numb solos. God haha I could ramble for hours about them. RIP Syd.

  13. God, I love Pink Floyd. Roger Waters The Wall Live was an amazing show, really loved it as The Wall is the album that I find the most meaning in. I love Animals and of course Dark Side, but The Wall is so deep to me, and I loved seeing it translate to 2010 in his show. That, and I loved discussing Pink Floyd and MJ with all of the people there who saw Pink Floyd in their prime. Very good time.

  14. I think im gonna blaze and watch the wall tonight.

  15. Pink Floyd rules, can't wait to see The Wall live in December. And lets not forget the man who started it all.

  16. I love Pink Floyd, everytime someone makes a thread about them I just have to post in it. Dark Side, Wish You Were Here and Animals are pretty much flawless records, and Meddle is tremendously underrated. As far as Piper and Saucerful of Secrets, well, Piper is a bit bizarre, but good for what it is, and Saucerful is good because its psychadelic rock that isnt totally out there, its a good album if you ask me.

All in all, Animals is my favorite Pink Floyd record, but I love almost all of their music from Piper to Animals. The Wall has some great songs but overall, I feel its definitely overrated, and I prefer David Gilmour so that doesnt help much either. I havent gone past The Wall yet, so I'm not too familiar with Division Bell and the other 2, but all the other albums are enough for a lifetime anyway.:smoke:
