  2. Monster cropped plants are great but they're going to take longer to root the more bud sites you have. It will prove more difficult. Trim those down to just 1 top bud. Im a fan of monster cropping.

I have a Barneys pineapple chunk, the phenotype that I have seems to grow like more of a sativa than my other strains - tall and lanky, needs support during flowering. Also, it seems to want to flower longer like a sativa, I'm not sure how long exactly as I had to harvest them a bit prematurely, and seems to not like high temperatures, my room peaks at about 83 degrees Fahrenheit and they don't like that. Under 80 and closer to 75 would be ideal.
Definitely expect it to need trellis/support during flowering.

Other than that, it is one of my favorite smelling strains I have, and the terpines are amazing!! Squishing it into rosin it yields very well!

Have fun and let us know how you like them!

  4. I had some Barney's Farm Pineapple Chunk out in dam last week and it was so good that I had to bring some home. Smell is off the charts good! So sweet.

  10. I just harvested some pineapple chunk from Barneys. In my experience it is a very finicky strain. Granted, it was a cfl grow, but I had great success with other strains. The first one went all hermie on me. The second one did ok, but not great. Here's a pic from a couple of weeks before harvest. I harvested early because I kind of got sick of babying it.

  12. Recently grew 2 PC, one sativa and one indica leaning. The sativa needed support (was topped), both medium to tall, both great smoke. Did see some male flowers on the indica at the end of flower. Cookies kush also from Barneys, is awesome smoke, though not big yielder and needs total support.

  13. Thanks so much for input, I'm growing veg in a short light stand so I'll go as long as possible without supporting and keep a fan on 24/7 since babes, my veg stand is getting busy!

Four monster crop bbxnl clones, 4 ak48 in the cloner, and two pine apple chunk popped so far, 2 of 5 is terrible odds, wonder what I did wrong :s considering first two came so quick.....two is all I need to get some good clones but still, for the price of them I expect 4 of 5 to be awesome

  14. Thanks for the recommendation of other strains too, these were the last of the beans I had so I'm researching what to grow next, I know people said against money maker but I had a good experience I ignored it for ages and got a good turn out so idk I may go back and practice that strain... But I imagine there is better genetics to spend the time practicing on.....
