Alright, let me start off saying i have a buzz wearing off from last night (6am now). ANyways... so i got a few xanax for free from one of my friends and im thinking about taking 2 before i go down to the cape with my family (to make the trip a little more fun). Now i know they last a long time, and i plan to drink when im down there, however i dont really know when. I am assuming i will drink more today when i get on the beach and start chillen So my question is....is taking xanax and potentially mixing it with alcohol bad? I would assume mixing any pills with booze wouldnt be a good thing, but i could be wrong... EDIT: Also, i know these pills last a good portion of the day, so would drinking later tonight (16 hours+) also be a bad idea?
Xanax with alcohol is the only way to go. Now I wouldn't start with two at once being a first timer, assuming you have 2mg bars. Eat one in quarters, wait 30min-1hr and eat the other whole one. Xanax are like nothing else and remain my all time fave. Don't drive, obviously since you're drinking too. They are STRONG. Don't under estimate them. One will have you being social/anti-anxious/high. 2+ is going to have you on a crippled level. Keep that in mind if your with the fam. ...I wish I get free xans.
depends on how much of either. your better off avoiding the mix, but 16 hours is a long time, you should be fine to have a few drinks after that. the main thing xanax and booze will do is cause you to black out and forget everything, so youll likely make an idiot of yourself, and potentially get into some pretty dangerous situations. so plan a, dont take the xanax if you plan to drink. plan b, only do a little of both, and make the span between as long as possible. dont drink fast, and keep it to a minimum, and you should be ok. again, better off not mixing at all.
im planning on leaving around ~9am, so in 2 hours...I dont know if i will be drinking as soon as i get to the beach or what. My parents will let me drink with them, but i dont want to be out of control if i have a few beers just because i took some xanax earlier For the record, i have done xanax before, and it felt real hard to walk...would a few drinks make me real tipsy or what? I dont want to look like a drunken idiot in front of my parents lol
Sounds like the easiest solution is, don't drink. Alcohol sucks, and the 'high' sucks ass compared to other drugs. If you're gonna take xanex, it's pretty pointless to drink too, specially if you're that worried about it. Just remember that if you're going to experiement with things like that, don't fucking do it with your family and risk starting a bunch of shit.
Ahahaha I think whenever he gets that first bar in him hes going to be loving it so much hes not going to be worried about drinking. Just take it slowly, even though you're going to be able to know if you think you should drink more or not. If anything get a drink or two in you with the family just for show, because with the bar you're most likely going to be a little slowering and talking loud anyways so you may as well have them think your buzzin. It just give the pill a little boost, until you over to do it of course. The pill isn't going to get you drunk faster. Though you might not be able to tell the difference between the two at the time.
ive been drinkin on xannies all night, just ate another bar, and just cracked another. im not even gonnna sleep tonight, its a good combo as long as you dont drive in it.
