Most people do not know what the fuck they are talking about when it comes to opiates... that's pain killers for people who do not know. M357 is Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals... one of the cheapest GENERIC in the world. It is generic for Vicodin/Loratab. 5mg Hydrocodone and 500mg Acetaminophen which IS Tylenol. Hydrocodone is ALMOST as strong as Oxycodone... 7.5mg hydrocodone is equal to 5mg of oxycodone. 5mg hydrocodone is about a 3.3-3.6 oxycodone. Even if it is a full dollar a miligram for the oxycodone that would mean 5mg of hydrocodone is only 3 or 3.50 a pill. That is always how you figure it out. yea 10 is to expensive for 1, for 2 i guess it could be resonable, if that is your only option, i ussually take like 3 or 4 or so and that would get spendy.

That's why it is better to get a pill with more hydrocodone or oxycodone and LESS/NO Tylenol/APAP/Acetaminophen. Also Hydrocodone IS only a little weaker than Oxycodone... 7.5mg of hydrocodone IS directly equal to 5mg of Oxycodone. 10mg of Hydrocodone is equal to about 7-8mg Oxycodone. Also all of this depends on TOLERANCE... human opioid receptors become PERMANENTLY used to opiates. It depends on the dose strength and how frequently you use the drug... eventually you can keep using stronger and stronger pain killers till nothing works for you.
