are medical pil bottles legit to store good chronic in? i mean liek eigths and shit. just wondering if its airtight and keeps your stuff as fresh as a glass jar?

No. They aren't fully airtight. They aren't bad, but they aren't as good as rubber sealed air-tight Mason/glass jars.
