I've seen lots of different stud piercings in the mouth area of the face being generically referred to as labrets. They have more specific names for piercings in particular areas, but I can't remember them all.
Middle of the top lip is a Medusa. Then theres spider bites, two close piercings on one side of the bottom lip. Snake bites, two piercings on the bottom lip on opposite sides. A monroe, one piercing on either side of the top lip. Angle bites, two monroe piercings.
Labret is usually an interchangeable term for middle of the lip piercings between people who have them. But yes, it's interchangeably referred to as a vertical labret or an angel kiss.
