I figured it would be easier with a picture. These are outside and about 6 inches tall. I understand I have a long way to go but just trying to prepare myself. 1) Either point A or B considered the 1st node? 2) Is the 1st node located below point B? 3) Somewhere around the 4th to 7th node is where the sex can be determined? From what I have read, it is important to count the nodes correctly.
If the leaf set below point B is the seed leaves, I would call point B the first node. But I would never call point A the first node.
