ok....calm down...lol.....just type what you want and then hit the browse button lower down, search for the pic that you want in your own computer....i find it handy to drag it into my desktop and then get it from there....click on the pic and then hit submit.......if it comes up the pic file is too large you'll need to reduce the size using something like paint!....hope that helped you.....Peace out...Sid
