Could be a bunch of things. We need more details. What type of soil? What type of light/distance from the plants? What type of fertilizer, how often and when last time given? What are the temperatures in your room? Don't think it is a ph problem but, check the ph of your soil anyway.
I have some of those spots from light burns, but yeah, it could be many factors. I don't worry about em cause I corrected my light problem, plus a new one is on its way
