really neither, i just made the pic, and the slogan of my graphic site is "join the revolution" so i just called it revolution... go figure

Just basically took 2 text layers that were the same size and said the same thing flipped 1 put it under the other, and changed it to a gradient, lowered the oppacity. Then i took the little rectangular tool and made the lines, i motion blurred them to add the extra effect.
the word meens alot like the art because like one side is dark and one side is light and its like there clashing
Ya, the red and black is all brush, the blue and white was just the lasso tool. I used a lot of brushes for the red including some of my own. All the brushes that I used came from Deviantart.com
