Physics Is A Lie

  1. Ok here's my theory: one of Newton's laws states that for every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction. But that's impossible. Here's an example: If you were to push a box with 10 pounds of force forward, according to Newton's law, an equal force of 10 pounds should push the box in backwards, therefore keeping the box in the same position. So if this Law of Physics is true, how can anything move? The force can't be equal.

  2. The law is that when a body exerts a force onto a second body, the second body exerts a force of equal value. Applied to the box, when you're pushing it, it's pushing back where you have your hands placed. As it moves along, the front of the box is pushing into the air and the air is pushing back with equal force.
