Phx lawsuits?

  1. i just got off the phone with a manufacturer that told me that PHx is suing anyone using disc diffusion. is this true? Have any companies been affected by this? this is stupid, companies cant actually think that they invented percolators that the scientific industry have been using for years.

  2. I'm gonna say the guy you were talking to was full of hot air.

  3. would make sense, but phx is also the only company that patented disc diffusers, so they would have a lawsuit there.

  4. I doubt its true and if it is I doubt thell get anything out of suing others.

......yeah JP of toro was the first to use disc diffuser in a waterpipe/ bong.

PHX to my knowledge has the honeycomb diffuser patented which is basically a disc with a honeycomb pattern.

And I doubt they would even bring up a suit, nothing like winning a case where your royalties goes to your bail and defense for being charged for making drug Paraphenailia.
