Phillips vs venture (metal halide)

    I just bought myself a ballast and a bulb. i didnt know that in the ballast there was already a 400watt venture metal halide bulb and i had just bought myslef a phillips Hpi-T Plus bulb now which one does anyone think i should keep as i cant find the lumen output for the hpi-t plus anywhere but the venture has 35000lumen output (both bulbs 400watt growing 4 indica plants in vegative stage...)

    the venture halid would be good for veggin but i would switch to an hps 4 flowering stage! good luck on ur grow!:wave: :smoking:

    Are you going to flower with a HPS? Oh, and i would go with the more expensive bulb... you get what you pay for.

    if you have a mh ballast only, i suggest picking up a SunMaster or agrosun gold, these bulbs have an increase red light output.
